PilotQuiz is the flashcard app for A320 pilots: thousands of reviewed questions on systems, procedures and limitations — organized by aircraft type and category, usable offline, and kept up to date by the community.
For iOS (TestFlight) and Android (Play Store, internal test) — free to use, Premium is optional.
Built for real training days — fast, offline-capable, no clutter.
Questions are sorted by aircraft type, topic (systems, procedures, limitations) and difficulty — study with intent instead of random cramming.
A lightweight background sync keeps the question bank current — so it's ready in the sim or on the road, connection or not.
New or edited questions go through moderation before they go live — so the database stays trustworthy.
Free accounts get a fixed preview from every chapter. Premium unlocks every question — A320 systems and ATPL exam prep alike.
Snap a photo of a question from your training material — the app matches the recognized text against the reviewed database automatically.
Quiz history, accuracy, and favorites always at hand — see exactly where the gaps still are.
No automatic translation of question text, minimal data collection, hosted with a German provider.
Drop us a short email — you'll get an invite to TestFlight (iOS) or the internal Play Store test (Android).
Currently focused on the Airbus A320 family. Categories like systems, procedures and limitations are ready right away.
Answer questions, get instant feedback, read the explanations — your progress saves automatically.
Add a question manually or scan one (Premium) — visible to everyone after a quick moderation check.
No. PilotQuiz is a community-maintained study tool and does not replace official airline training, the FCOM/QRH, or any regulatory exam materials. All content is meant purely to review and reinforce knowledge you've already been trained on.
From the community — any user can propose new questions or submit corrections to existing ones. Every change is reviewed by a moderation team before it becomes visible to everyone. Proprietary or trademarked material is automatically flagged and handled separately.
Yes. Aircraft types, categories and questions sync to your device in the background and remain available afterward even without an internet connection.
Two things. First, full access to every question in the database — free accounts get a fixed practice preview from each chapter, Premium removes that limit for both A320 systems and ATPL exam prep. Second, the camera scan: you photograph a question, e.g. from your training material, text recognition runs directly on your device, and the recognized text is matched against the reviewed, approved PilotQuiz database — not against the open internet.
Apple and Google both take a commission on in-app purchases. Buying directly on this website skips that markup, so we can pass the savings on to you.
Account email, usage data (e.g. quiz history) and — only when you actively use the scan feature or make a Premium purchase — a camera image or purchase confirmation. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Send us a short note — you'll get an invite to TestFlight or the internal Android test shortly after.
