1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the "PilotQuiz" app (the "App") by [Provider, see Legal Notice], and to the optional "PilotQuiz Premium" subscription — whether purchased in-app or directly on this website.

2. Description of service

PilotQuiz provides a free-to-use flashcard app for topics related to the Airbus A320 family. Core features (quizzes, progress tracking, manually submitting questions) are free. The optional "PilotQuiz Premium" subscription additionally unlocks the camera scan feature with automatic database matching.

All content is community-maintained study material. It does not replace official airline training, the FCOM/QRH, or any regulatory exam materials, and comes with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or exam relevance.

3. Account registration

Using the app requires registering with a valid email address. Completing registration forms a free-of-charge agreement covering the core features. The same account works both in the app and on this website.

4. PilotQuiz Premium — subscription

PilotQuiz Premium is available through two independent purchase channels, at different prices, each governed by its own billing provider's terms in addition to these:

Premium is available in four commitment lengths, each priced lower the longer the commitment, and each cheaper on this website than the matching in-app plan:

• Price: as listed above (subject to change; any change is announced before it takes effect through the relevant billing channel).
• Term & renewal: the subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Right of withdrawal: for digital content whose performance begins immediately upon purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse early once you've been informed of this by the relevant store/provider and have expressly agreed. Details are governed by Apple's, Google's, or Stripe's own withdrawal terms, as applicable.

Both channels unlock the identical Premium feature set on the same account — you can switch channels by cancelling one and subscribing through the other.

5. User obligations

By using PilotQuiz, you agree to:

• not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights,
• not upload or transcribe training material marked proprietary or confidential by a third party,
• submit content in good faith and to the best of your knowledge.

Submitted questions are reviewed by a moderation team before publication; there is no entitlement to publication.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and under applicable product liability law. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Outside of intent and gross negligence, no liability is assumed for the accuracy of community-submitted study content; see also Section 2.

7. Account suspension and deletion

We may suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings; an active Premium subscription must be cancelled separately through its billing channel (App Store, Play Store, or the web subscription management page) regardless of account deletion.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms with effect for the future, e.g. for new features or changed legal requirements. We'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of [Provider's home jurisdiction, e.g. Germany / Austria], excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
